Multi-Phased Renovation Underway for Watergate at Landmark
Fall, 2017 is Scheduled Completion Date at Alexandria Property
ROCKVILLE, MD (March 10, 2017) – HiRise Windows has completed renovation of three of the five buildings of the grand-scale Watergate at Landmark condominium property. The last two buildings are slated for completion in the spring and fall of 2017.
Offering “resort-style living,” the property features four 16-story buildings and one 1-story building. Property amenities include outdoor tennis courts, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, and sports courts for basketball, volleyball and racquetball.
HiRise is working with the Watergate at Landmark Condominium Unit Owners Association on the project and partnering with Engineering Technical Consultants and Graham Architectural Products. The project includes window and balcony door replacement throughout the property.
The completed phases have resulted in a high level of satisfaction from unit owners. Resident Ms. Jones, in Building 2, commented, “I had the most positive experience with my window replacement yesterday. The crew was extremely efficient and so very polite. If I had questions, they answered them so politely and patiently. The new windows are as quiet as everyone has said. It also reduced the heat that was coming in with the afternoon sun. I think Watergate got lucky by having HiRise do our window work.”
