Product is not the only thing one is buying as you no doubt know, when making a
major purchase. One is also buying confidence and service and Kevin
provides both in great quantities. He is just plain terrific and a
wonderful ambassador for your company and these products. I've enjoyed
working with him and it gives me great comfort to know that if a problem
develops or if there is some question or concern, Kevin steps right up to the
plate and cheerfully and expeditiously resolves the issue.
Considering all the major home-related endeavors I have
embarked upon, I only wish I had a Kevin Vincent to deal with on each and every
one of them. Unfortunately, his style and commitment to customers and
product seem harder and harder to find. You are lucky to have him.
