Commanding an impressive presence from the heart of Arlington, this contemporary high rise offers floor to ceiling windows and private terraces in many units. Spectacular urban views and access to Ballston’s many conveniences have made this property very popular since it was built in 2004.
HiRise performed all the glass and glazing work for the new construction project, which included windows, terrace doors and sliding doors, as well as storefront at the retail level. Thermal Windows, Inc. and Oldcastle Building Envelope provided the windows and doors.
