The Drake East, located in the District of Columbia’s Dupont Circle neighborhood, is one of the city’s most luxurious urban living destinations. It offers residents access to rooftop lounges, fitness spaces, personal storage, bike facilities, and close proximity to downtown restaurants, cultural venues, and transit connections. For the exterior construction of The Drake East, HiRISE WINDOWS transformed the façade with the installation of new aluminum windows and terrace doors, modern storefront systems, and integrated architectural metal panels. These exterior architectural elements were thoughtfully coordinated so that the structure stands out on the streets of Dupont Circle.
