This upscale mid rise property sits at 14th and V Streets, NW in the bustling U Street Corridor. Delivered in 2005, this modern building has a unique configuration, with several units offering private porches.
The new construction project included storefront, metal panels, windows and terrace doors, provided by Thermal Windows, Inc. and Oldcastle Building Envelope. HiRise performed all the glass and glazing work, and installed metal panels to finish off the sleek façade.
