In one of the District’s hottest neighborhoods, Mount Vernon Triangle, Ten Ten Mass is redefining what it means to live in a full-service high rise condominium surrounded by a vibrant urban setting. Combining masterful design and modern luxury, this new construction project was completed in 2007. Since then Ten Ten has won a number of accolades, including an “It” Building recognition for one of best roof decks in the city.
This project involved storefront and curtain wall components. HiRise completed all the glass and glazing work, including slab to slab bay windows and a custom glass railing on the renowned roof deck.
