Located in DC’s eclectic Logan Circle community, The Matrix is actually a former car dealership. This unique property is now 40 luxury loft-style residences in a six-story building, featuring an added amenity of above ground floor retail.
The new construction for this project involved storefront components (with a warehouse and new addition). All glass and glazing work was completed by HiRise. Great care was taken to preserve the building’s historic façade with steel, double pane glass windows, provided by Thermal Windows, that were individually installed by the HiRise team.
