Our portfolio includes a wide range of projects across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Each one is a reflection of how our disciplines and expertise come together to meet the unique challenges of that building. At Somerset House in Dupont Circle, we completed a complex historic window replacement that maintained the property’s original aesthetic while dramatically improving thermal efficiency. At Lofts 14, a mixed-use building in the city’s Logan Circle neighborhood, we combined new aluminum storefronts with custom metal panel work to complete a high-impact facade transformation.
