Delivered in 1979, the Sutton Towers Condominiums are located on New Mexico Avenue, Washington, DC. High-quality hardwood floors and large loft-like layouts simulate vintage and practical elements.
As part of this project, HiRISE replaced windows, sliding glass doors, and floor-to-ceiling windows in conjunction with Sunview Doors and Crystal Windows & Door Systems. This condominium rises 9 stories high containing 192 units.
