Lofts 14 historic window restoration in Washington, DC

Located in Logan Circle, Lofts 14 is the site of a former auto showroom. Its industrial, contemporary design brings a unique level of urban sophistication to this upscale community.

Lofts 14 offers true loft-style homes with open floor plans. For the new construction project, which also involved an addition, HiRise added metal panels and storefront elements, taking careful consideration in planning for important design elements to match the industrial aesthetic. Products were provided by Thermal Windows, Inc., Oldcastle Building Envelope and Alcoa Americas.
