The condominium community at Union Row, along 14th Street in Northwest, DC has exceptional contemporary design and urban convenience . The 8-story building, home to 216 residential units, features expansive façades with abundant window openings and sliding glass doors that define its modern architectural presence. Working within this dense urban setting, HiRISE WINDOWS improved the building envelope by replacing the existing glass windows with high-performance aluminum window systems and installing new Terrace glass doors, enhancing durability, efficiency, and overall aesthetics.
