For this prominent Arlington property, a comprehensive renovation included storefront and curtain wall components.
HiRise replaced the curtain wall in the commercial space along the entire footprint of the building with a steel-loaded system. Reflective PPG SolarCool glass and Mapes architectural panels were also used. HiRise redesigned the entry vestibule in the lobby, installing dual automatic doors within the new, dynamic all-glass entry.
