This luxury high rise complex features resort-style amenities and includes a multitude of windows and balcony doors throughout the property. Located in the heart of the Van Ness neighborhood at the entrance to Rock Creek near the UDC metro, this project was certainly a challenge for logistics and production. HiRISE Windows met this challenge completing this 9 story renovation ahead of the allotted project time. For the systematic renovation of AVA Van Ness, HiRISE replaced all windows using Graham Architectural products and sliding balcony doors using Sunview Doors.
