This mid rise historic property in the Dupont Circle/Kalorama neighborhood is known for accents that include high ceilings and rich hardwood floors. The renovation of this building was originally a group purchase, but after working with HiRise for the first several phases, the unit owners association decided to replace the entire building.

Project highlights include historic gothic panning, provided by Thermal Windows, Inc., used in all replaced windows to enhance the property’s traditional design aesthetic.
