Since 1976, the stately Westlake Towers Condominium has been an established presence in a thriving north Bethesda neighborhood.
In 2011, for a comprehensive group purchase for this 16-story building, HiRise installed horizontal sliding windows, sliding balcony doors, as well as insulated panels with slab covers provided by Northern Architectural Systems and Sunview Doors.
