For this prominent, 10-story high rise commercial property situated at the corner of K Street and Connecticut Avenue, HiRise worked with Zuckerman Gravely Management to deliver a seamless project outcome.
Single pane windows were replaced with new energy-efficient windows that are double hung, supplied by Northern Architectural Systems. Due to the building’s location on a busy street corner, and to minimize the disruption to work flow, the project was completed during evening hours by the HiRise team.
