The commercial property at 1634 I Street, an 11-story high rise, was in need of a sustainable solution to replace dated single pane windows.
The old windows were replaced with energy efficient windows that are double hung, provided by Northern Architectural Systems. Due to the building’s busy location (and to avoid disruption to productivity) the majority of the installation work was completed during evening hours by the HiRise team.
