Chelsea Towers

For this 15-story high rise property, HiRise seamlessly managed and executed a complete building renovation in concert with a separate (group purchase) renovation, orchestrated through the Chelsea Towers Condominium Unit Owners Association. The project required a complete building façade replacement; all windows on the façade consist of a slab to slab replacement system containing new horizontal sliding windows, insulated panels, and slab covers, as well as new curtain wall, which was installed on every floor. The group purchase contained sliding glass doors and insulated panels on the condominium balconies. Suppliers for the project included Graham Architectural Products for the windows and panel system, Oldcastle Building Envelope for the curtain wall and Sunview Doors for the balcony doors and panels.
