This charming and well-appointed 12-story apartment tower, located in historic Takoma Park, required a comprehensive window and door replacement as part of an extensive renovation.
New horizontal sliding windows and balcony sliding doors were installed, and also included a custom color metal panel component. The windows manufacturer was Northern Architectural Systems and door manufacturer was Sunview Doors. The new windows and doors provided enhanced views of the property’s many amenities, including pool and sun deck, children’s splash park and play area, tennis courts, and grilling and picnic area, as well as other green spaces.
