The renovation for Somerset House required meticulous craftsmanship to bring sustainability and modern conveniences to a distinct, historic mid rise property.
This lead abatement project involved the replacement of original wood windows with aluminum, energy-efficient replacements. A custom aluminum brick molding was used to match the traditional design aesthetic. The double hung windows were provided by Northern Architectural Systems.
