The Aventine of Alexandria

This luxury high rise complex features resort-style amenities and includes a myriad of windows throughout the property. Additionally, there are many unique glass features, creating a very open and transparent design aesthetic that showcases the outdoors and offers unparalleled views from across the entire property.

For the comprehensive renovation of the Aventine, HiRise enclosed the top two floors of balconies in all three towers in glass and installed unique interior “all-glass” garage doors and interior glass walls. The toweres in this complex are 16, 17 and 18 stories tall. Adding to the spectacular visual accents, a curtain wall was installed in the glass-enclosed fitness center, on the roof of the 18-story building. The balcony enclosure manufacturer was Northern Architectural Systems. Curtain wall for the penthouse fitness center was provided by Oldcastle Building Envelope.
