The comprehensive renovation for this 18-story high rise residential building in a prominent Chevy Chase neighborhood involved horizontal and slab-to-slab sliding windows and slab covers, as well as sliding doors. HiRise replaced all storefront elements, contributing to an aesthetic of modern luxury in the pool, party room and commercial spaces.
After selecting leading manufacturers for the project, including Northern Architectural Systems, Sunview Doors and Oldcastle Building Envelope, HiRise handled all installations and replacements.
