At the corner of Georgia and Missouri Avenues in Northwest, DC, The Lofts at Brightwood includes one and two bedroom condominiums, single level and loft style. The expansive property was originally a Masonic Temple, built in the early 1900s.
HiRise was involved in the new construction, when the property was rehabilitated in 2007 and expanded for the conversion to condominiums. The project included the installation of new windows and storefront in the historic building. Ml Windows and Doors and Oldcastle Building Envelope were selected by HiRise to supply the windows and storefront products.
