HiRise’s institutional portfolio includes a complete restoration of the offices of the University of Baltimore; the school is part of the University System of Maryland. The school is located on Charles Street, Baltimore’s well-developed commercial hub, lined with dynamic offices, shops and restaurants.
The large-scale restoration of the property, completed in 2008, included all new windows, doors, interior glass and storefront. State-of-the-art windows that were fire-rated were used in exterior stairwells.
