From the heart of downtown Bethesda, The Lauren Residences command an impressive presence, channeling a European elegance alongside contemporary accents.
The exterior facade of this mid rise building is inspired by European style with a unique stone panel system. The project involved projected windows, horizontal sliding windows, sliding doors, terrace doors and curtain walls in the lobby. EFCO supplied the windows, terrace doors, sliding doors and curtain wall. Particularly notable is a savoy art glass curtain wall above the entry and Joel Berman glass in the project’s wine room. All glass and glazing work was designed, installed and executed by the HiRise team.
